Book with our agency - How and When I receive my travel's document and tickets airplane?

If you have acquired a Holiday with tour operator we send you your documents via email or fax 2 or 3 days before the departure date.
You should print it and then you go to the airport with this travel's document!

Instead regarding the Flight  we send you on your email the 'electronic ticket' with a reservation code. With this code, the day of departure (2 hours before the flight), you go directly to check-in to withdrawing the boarding paper.

If you have booked a Hotel, we send a voucher on your email.
You print this voucher and you present ones to your arrival in hotel.

Car Rental, the procedure is equal to the hotel (we send you a voucher), with the difference that at the moment of the withdrawal of car is necessary to introduce your credit card.
